Returns:
Fresh Product (Flowers, Fruit, Plants, Cakes, and fresh food gift baskets) Perishable and fragile products cannot be returned. These products are covered by The IranGiftLand Guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged. Non-perishable items, please make a contact to our customer service. your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Gift Substitutions
We make every effort to ensure that flowers, chocolate and similar gifts we feature on our pages are in season and available. In some cases this is not possible. In rural situation a flower, fruit, part of a basket or decoration of a cake may not be available; therefore IranGiftLand reserves the right to substitute these items with some items with the same value.

Delivery and Shipping Policies
If customer orders a gift that is being shipped to Tehran and Karaj we will guarantee to deliver it to the recipient within 24 hours after we receive the approval of the customer payment. For the other cities we guarantee to deliver it within 72 hours. Holidays are exceptions and not included in our timetable, however we do our best to deliver your gifts even in national holidays. If there is no one there to receive delivery, our courier will make any decisions concerning the safety of the location to leave the arrangement or will attempt delivery at a later time.

We do not deliver gifts to post office boxes. Most importantly, without a phone number and a full address such as a hospital room number, apartment number, floor level, etc., your order will either be delayed or may cause non-delivery.
